A few spring photos

We have gotten to the bud break stage in the vineyard and things are trucking right along, although the weather has been finicky. Some late rains dropped about 4 inches on us and there have been plenty of cold nights.

In the cellar we are almost through malolactic fermentation with the 2023 reds and our first Bien Nacido Chardonnay is all but finished in barrel. The fall release will offer the 2022 Bien Nacido 100% Syrah, the ‘23 Chard and the estate Grenache and Syrah Blends.
